📦 General Return Policy
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving your order, as long as:
- The product is unused and in original condition
- The issue is caused by product defects or mismatch with product description
📌 Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse or incorrect handling (e.g., wrong size chosen, personal alteration).
❌ Order Cancellation Policy
- Before shipment: – Within 24 hours: 80% refund (20% covers processing & advertising costs) – After 24 hours: 50% refund if within processing time – If processing is completed: 80% refund
- After shipment: Orders cannot be cancelled.
📮 Didn’t Receive Your Parcel?
- If we shipped late (beyond stated processing time): You may request up to 10% compensation after delivery.
- If we shipped on time, but delay is due to customs or carrier: You may request up to 5% compensation.
- If you’re still waiting, please be patient and contact us after checking with your courier.

Send photos to verify. If confirmed, we’ll offer a full refund or free replacement after receiving your return.

Wrong size chosen by customer
Returns are not accepted, but we’ll offer a discount for a correct re-purchase.

Wrong size caused by us
We accept full return or exchange at no extra cost.

Wrong item received / Missing items
We’ll resend the correct product or refund you once we verify the issue. Return shipping (if needed) is on us.
🛠 Order Modification (Before Shipment)
If your order is unshipped and you need to change the size or product:
- Within 12 hrs: Free
- 12–24 hrs: +10% fee
- 24–48 hrs: +15% fee
- 48–72 hrs: +20% fee
- After 72 hrs: +60% fee or no change allowed
🏠 Change of Shipping Address
- Before shipment: – Same country (non-remote): Free – Different country: You pay the difference
- After shipment: – Standard shipping: Contact carrier directly – Express shipping: Change may cost USD $12–18
🌍 Remote Area Surcharge (Express Shipping)
If your address is classified as a remote area by DHL/FedEx:
- You may choose free downgrade to standard shipping, or
- Pay a $30 remote area surcharge

- Returns are only accepted within 30 days of delivery
